Tiffany Steffen joined Baker Tilly Search & Staffing in November 2011. As Staffing Manager, she leads the organization’s temporary staffing division in the Fox Valley and Green Bay. Tiffany’s team is responsible for assisting clients with their temporary and temp-to-hire accounting/finance vacancies. Baker Tilly fill’s positions at the clerical level through management, including interim CFOs.
Baker Tilly Search & Staffing has offered accounting and finance staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing options to clients for more than 20 years. Their goal is to help candidates find rewarding positions that match their skills and interests and to provide timely, flexible staffing solutions to help employers find the best candidates. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Tiffany enthusiastically answered, “The people!” She has a great team and is surrounded by colleagues who are collaborative, fun, trustworthy, and supportive. “I also love building relationships and interacting with our clients and candidates every day. It’s really neat to see the positive impact we can make on someone’s life and career,” Tiffany added.
Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and sociology from Ripon College. She also attained her CIR certification (Certified Internet Recruiter) and is a LinkedIn Certified Recruiter. Tiffany and her husband, Matt, have been married for just over 5 years. They have a 2-1/2-year-old daughter, Laila, and two boxers, Kodiak and Beau. Tiffany and Matt are also in the process of starting a hobby farm and have added a handful of chickens to their growing family!
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys doing things outdoors including bow hunting, snowboarding, and spending time in the north woods of Wisconsin. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, you’ll find her indoors baking or DIY crafting. Tiffany also volunteers for the Salvation Army, Golden House, and the Appleton Housing Authority.
Tiffany joined Management Women when she moved to the area in 2017 and wanted to expand her network. She loves the mission of the organization and saw it as a great opportunity to grow her professional skills. Tiffany currently serves as Marketing Chair Elect on the MW Board of Directors.
