Bridget Krage O’Connor CEO / Founder A marketing communication and business strategist, Bridget holds nearly 30 years of experience in helping leaders of organizations tell their unique stories as they seek to grow sales, memberships, donors and attract employees. As founder, CEO and a lead consultant at O’Connor Connective, Bridget and her team help organizations align their strategic goals with marketing communications to achieve growth, reputational and revenue objectives. They engage leadership teams to advance their thinking, starting with their mission, vision and values--then guides organizational brand strategy and assists with crafting and delivering measurable multi-channel communications. Examples of local brands they have helped reimagine include Discover Green Bay, the Greater Green Bay Chamber, Brown County Library, Encompass and Bay Bank. Committed to serving her community, Bridget is on the board of the Greater Green Bay Chamber, the Wisconsin Titan 100, Hoan North and pleased to be an emeritus advisory member of the Greater Green Bay Women's Fund and a founder of The Connective: A Place for Women in Business that helped establish the Schreiber Institute for Women's Leadership at UWGB. She holds a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, where she focused on the integration of change management and organizational communications. Her Bachelor of Arts degree is from St. Norbert College.
