Cybersecurity Awareness - Tips, Trends and Requirements

with James C Kilsdonk, Chief Executive Officer for Encompass Security, Neenah, WI

James will share information about business and personal risks that can occur from a cyber related incident, along with stats and trends with the evolution of technology. He will also speak on the rules and regulations surrounding businesses when it comes to a breach and how to protect your company from a breach, Cybersecurity insurance requirements and insights, as well as scam and fraud prevention and restoration tools for employees.


About James Kilsdonk:
James Kilsdonk is the Chief Executive Officer for Encompass Security in Neenah, WI, and is responsible for the oversight and management of the company. Along with managing the firm, James also likes to stay involved in day-to-day operations. He is responsible for building the financial institution arm for Encompass, bringing 18 years of banking expertise to the firm. James works closely with financial and business clients to provide support and solutions within this sector, understanding both banking and cybersecurity needs. He is a Fox Valley native and holds a degree in marketing with a focus on analytics and financial business operations. James has taken part in several RMA and WBA courses to assist in his growth, including continuing education credits at Butler University and Harvard Online. He is a 2019 graduate of the Leadership Fox Cities program through the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and is a 2019 Fox Cities Future 15 winner. James has been nominated for the 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 award and Insight’s 40 under 40. He serves as the VP and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Fox Cares Foundation, and on the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin. James is the former 2024 Chair of the PULSE Young Professionals Network and remains on the Advisory Committee. Additionally, he stays involved with the United Way Fox Cities, St. Joseph’s Food Pantry and volunteers in the Real Men Wear Pink Campaign for the American Cancer Society. When he’s not working, James loves to spend time with his twin boys, enjoys golfing and marksmanship events, and has a passion for motorsports.

You will have 30 minutes to enter payment information for your guests. If the information isn't entered within the time frame, the registration is automatically cancelled.**

Shrimp Cobb: Grilled Shrimp, Avocado, Hard Boiled Egg, Bleu Cheese, Tomato, Bacon, Scallions, Mixed Greens, Raspberry Acai Vinaigrette
