December MWI Luncheon-Why Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness Matter

About this event

Why Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness Matter

with Sherri Valitchka, Founder of Sherri Valitchka Consulting

Sherri will share how your mindset affects your well-being, performance, and relationships-both at work and in life. In this interactive lunch-and-learn, Sherri will introduce Positive Intelligence (PQ=Positivity Quotient), a framework for strengthening your mental fitness, just like exercising your body. You'll explore the human side of leadership, gain greater self-awareness, and learn simple, practical strategies to shift your mindset and reduce self-sabotage. Every person has an inner "judge" - the voice that tells us we're not good enough - supported by other "saboteurs" that reinforce it. In this session, you'll identify your own saboteurs and leave with insights and tools you can start using immediately to find positivity and lead with confidence. Although not necessary, if you'd like to take a saboteur assessment in advance, please fill in your name and email on the Google form below:
